It's perfect for that Thanksgiving brunch.PUMPKIN APPLE PRALINE BROWNIES 2 large eggs 1/3 cup melted butter 2/3 cup skim milk 1/2 teaspoon Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pie Spice 2 medium Fuji or Gala apples, shredded 1 full package Trader Joes's Pumpkin Bread and Muffin Mix 1/2 cup currants 1 cup Trader Joe's Pecan Pralines, chopped Trader Joe's Italian Vanilla Gelato 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9X13 inch baking pan with spray oil. 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk egg, milk, melted butter, and pumpkin pie spice together until well blended. Stir in apples. Then fold in bread mix and currants, stirring gently until just combined. 3. Spread batter in pan, filling corners and leveling top. Sprinkle chopped Pecan Pralines evenly over top of batter. Bake 35-39 minutes until golden brown, center is firm, and toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm with a scoop of Trader Joe's Italian Vanilla Gelato.
