Pumpkin Butter Spiced Cashews(2 votes)Rate this listing   Combine 1 TB Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pie Spice & 4 TB's butter. Melt in microwave. Mix 10 ounces Trader Joes whole raw cashews with butter mixture till well coated. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Place cashews on a flat sheet lightly coated with Trader Joes nonstick spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned,turning once. A GREAT snack & a little different! If you want to get fancy, you can serve them in hallowed-out mini-pumpkins.
