Pumpkin Cheese Pie(0 vote)Rate this listing Preheat oven to 425 degrees In large bowl, beat 2 eggs Stir in, in the following order: 1 Can Trader Joe's Organic canned Pumpkin 8 oz Cream Cheese 3/4 cup of Sugar 1/2 tsp. Salt 3 tsp. Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 Can evaporated milk Pour into 9" deep dish pie sheel Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean Cool on wire rack Enjoy Submitted on 10/21/2006 by Yvonne
