Pumpkin Crumble

A no-fuss alternative to a pumpkin pie, the crumble is made from only 7 ingredients:

1 can Trader Joe's pumpkin pie filling
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar (more or less, depending on your sweetening preference)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 to 1 1/2 cup Trader Joe's half and half
1 box Trader Joe's Vanilla Bean Cake Mix
1 stick of butter, melted

Combine pumpkin, egg, half and half, sugar, and cinnamon in a greased pan. Top with crumbled cake mix. Melt butter and pour over cake mix. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
