Pumpkin Pecan Cookies(3 votes) 1 box Trader Joe's Pumpkin Bread Mix
Click on a star to add your own rating   1 1/4 sticks salted butter 1 egg 1/2 c. roasted salted pecan pieces Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter, combine butter, egg and pumpkin bread mix. Stir to combine. Add pecans and mix thoroughly. Roll into 1.5 inch balls and flatten slightly, and place on nonstick cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
