Pumpkin Pie Dip(3 votes)Rate this listing   2 cups confectioner sugar 1-8oz. cream cheese 1-15oz Trader Joe's Organic canned pumpkin 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp ginger Mix very well (I use the middle setting on my hand mixer) and serve with Trader Joe's Triple Ginger Snaps. Very delicious, very easy and relatively low in fat. You can substitute fat-free cream cheese and cut some of the sugar to suit your dietary needs. Submitted on 10/16/2006 by vastraub1979
