Quesadilles

All ingredients in Quesadilles come from Trader Joes!

Fast, easy, and filling Quesadilla. Great for quick sit downs, or watching sporting events.
I get great raves on these tasty Quesadillas!

- Package of handmade Habenero flour tortilles
- container of Cilantro Hazelnut dip/spread
- grated mexican blend cheese
- package of frozen roasted corn
- Choice of TRader Joes salsa hot or mild

Take two tortilles and spread on one side of each the Cilantro Hazelnut spread.
Place one tortilla spred side uo on preheated and oiled pan, and place roasted corn and cheese ending with a few light dollops of salsa , and cover with remaining tortilla, spread side down.
Cook on medium heat,until lightly browned on one side and then flip and continue until quesadilla's cheese is fully melted and tortillas nicely browned.
Careful not to cook on too high of heat or you will burn tortillas before melting cheese and heating inside sufficiently.

On the side you can serve avacados, and mix 50/50 sour cream with salsa for a nice cool dip for your Qesadilla.
