Quick Panini Sandwiches2 slices Trader Joe's Italian Bread2 slices Trader Joe's Healthy Ham Slices 4 slices Columbus Salami Slices 2 slicesTrader Joe's Sliced Provolone 2 tablespoons Trader Joe's Genova Pesto Assemble all ingredients then begin to create your panini! Layer one slice of Italian bread slathered with pesto then add one slice of the provolone. Next layer two slices of the ham followed by the salami. Top it off with another slice of the provolone. Place the second slice of bread on top. Use a George Foreman grill preheated and put the sandwich in it. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes then turn it halfway and let it cook for another 2 minutes or so. Don't let the bread burn!! A great quick lunch. I made it in less than 10 minutes. Would also be great cut up into smaller slices for an appetizer. If pesto isn't your thing you could use Trader Joe's sundried tomato pesto or tomatoes. :) Enjoy!
