Quick Shepherds Pie

This is an easy way to make a family favorite. I use fresh mashed potatoes, but the Trader Joes frozen will work.

6-8 potatoes ( any variety will do)
Mash with milk, butter, seasonings.
or 2 pkgs frozen.
2 cans Trader Joes Beef Stew
1 bag frozen peas

spray 9 X12 pan add stew and peas. top with potatoes.
bake 30-45 minutes at 375
for crispy top brush with 1 beaten egg before cooking.
