Rainbow Crunch Carrots(2 votes) 2 pound bag of multi colored carrots. The basic orange carrots are just that - typical carrots. The lighter orange and pale yellow carrots are so much tastier. The paler the color, the better the carrot. The very pale yellow, almost white, carrots are incredibly sweet and the texture is fantastic. Nice & crisp & juicy. These carrots are great - sweet and slightly crisp and the different colors add a neat variety within the vegetable.
