Chili with Cuban Style Black Beans

1 organic onion
1 lb of either turkey or organic lean beef
1 can of TJ's organic kidney beans
1 can organic diced tomatoes
1 can TJ's Cuban Style Black Beans
1 clove of fresh garlic
chili powder seasoning blend
pinch of TJ's ground cinnamon
tsp of TJ's ground cocoa powder
1 pkg melange a trois frozen peppers
1 pkg of any kind of noodle product either from wheat or brown rice ingredients or you can even use TJ's rice.
Dice and brown onion in a large pot(you may wish to use olive oil.)
In a separate skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey and drain excess fat if desired.
Combine the above two ingredients and all the rest except the noodles/rice.
Simmer for an hour or two, or all day on low in a crockpot.
Cook the rice or noodles just before you wish to serve.
Voila--yummy and nutritious chili!
