Frozen Mango,Papaya and Pineapple
Orange Juice (or fresh orange, cut in quarters
Vanilla Yogurt
Protein Powder (optional)
Mix all together in a blender or use a "hand blender". Vary the amount of Orange Juice to make it the thickness you desire.

I forgot to mention, I also add ice to my smoothies to make them go farther and make them more like a traditional smoothie. You can make the smoothie however you want.

With the frozen fruit, there is enough ice already. You need more orange juice than you think to get the consistency right.
