Smoked Salmon Layer Dip
(1 vote)Rate this listing
Elegant and easy and oh so good appetizer that is a snap to put together. Be sure to use a medium sized glass bowl so that your guests can see the layers and presentation.
3 8oz tubs of whipped cream cheese
6-10oz of smoked salmon
Approx 1/2 cup sour cream
1 medium sized red onion
chopped fresh dill
Trader Joe's Bagel Chips
Spread cream cheese onto bottom of serving dish or bowl. Layer smoked salmon pieces on top of cream cheese layer. Stir sour cream in a separate small bowl to make it a bit more watery and spoon sour cream over salmon. Sprinkle on chopped red onion and top with fresh dill sprigs. Serve with Trader Joe bagle chips and watch it disappear.

just wanted to clarify that the recipe does not require (6) packages of 10oz smoked salmon. Rather, use btw 6 to 10 oz of smoked salmon. Your choice on how much salmon you want to use.
