Artichoke Formaggio Pita

An easy and delicious pita sandwich:
Take any size/any flavor Trader Joe's pita and cut in half. Open pita pocket and spread 1 tablespoon of Trader Joe's artichoke antipasto inside, top with a small handful of Trader Joe's Quattrro Formaggio and warm in a toaster oven, just until cheese is melted. The best!
