My Marvelous Meatballs
(3 votes)Rate this listing
1 bag party size mini meatballs
1 jar India Relish
1/2 jar apricot preserves
Heat the preserves and the India Relish in a saucepan on the stove until hot. Add the thawed meatballs and heat until the meatballs are hot and serve. You can also substitute cranberry sauce for the preserves. They are both wonderful. The best meatballs ever!

I was wondering if this recipe was an appetizer?? or a dish to serve with or over rice?
It sounds good, but just need to know how to serve it.

I'm going to try this with the costco teriyaki meatballs (may be overkill) for Superbowl apps. I think I'll put it in the crock pot for keeping it hot.
Otherwise, if you were looking for a main course I would go with her Meatloaf recipe which is similar and delish!
