1 box Trader Joe's Vegetable Broth (32 oz.) 1 box Trader Joe's Number Guacamole (16 oz.) 1 bottle TJ’s Heavy Cream (16 oz.) ¼C Pale Dry Sherry (optional) 1t Salt ½t Pepper Trader Joe's Jalapeño Hot Sauce, to taste 1 bag Trader Joe's Cooked Salad Shrimp (16 oz.), thawed 1) In a saucepan, bring the broth to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low, and when the stock is simmering, stir in the guacamole & heavy cream. Add the sherry (optional), salt, pepper, and hot sauce. 2) To serve the soup hot, add the shrimp & cook until shrimp are heated through. 3) To serve the soup cold, refrigerate the soup and then add the thawed shrimp just before serving. 4) Garnish with a dollop of sour cream and/or chopped cilantro. SAUCE: ¾ cup whole berry Cranberry Sauce ½ cup dried currants ¼ tsp. allspice ¼ tsp gound ginger ¼ cup ruby port 1 wheel brie or 2 wedges brie ¼ cup toasted walnuts, chopped Combine the first five ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens – about 10 min. Remove top crust from brie and place on baking dish. Warm for 10 min at 350°. Pour sauce over brie and serve. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve with crackers!
1 jar Peach Halves, drained ½ cup apple butter (or pumpkin butter) 8 cinnamon grahams, crushed Place single layer of drained peaches in baking dish, cut side up. Spread apple butter on each peach. Top peaches and apple butter with crushed cinnamon graham crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
1 lb. fresh or frozen Tilipia fillets 1 jar TJ Italian Caponata ½ cup Golden Raisins Spray baking dish with canola oil. Spread tilipia in baking dish and cover with Italian Caponata. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes, until fish is opaque. Sprinkle raisins over hot dish. Serve and enjoy!

2 cups cubed Applewood Smoked Ham, ½ -inch cubes 1 cup cubed Asiago Fresco Cheese, ½-inch cubes 4 cups ½ -inch bread cubes of Trader Joe’s Multi-grain and seed loaf ½ cup extra virgin olive oil, divided Sea Salt and Freshly ground black pepper to taste ¼ cup red wine vinegar 2 large ripe tomatoes, diced ½ small red onion, thinly sliced ¼ cup chopped fresh basil ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a large bowl, toss bread cubes with 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread in an even layer on baking sheet and bake until toasted and golden – about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Return bread to the large bowl. Add ham, cheese, tomatoes, onion, basil and cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining olive oil and vinegar. Drizzle dressing over cornbread mixture. Toss gently and serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6.
8-10 slices TJ Canadian loaf bread, preferably white 1 lb. sage sausage, cooked 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 8-10 large eggs ½ cup milk salt & pepper Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Trim edges off of bread. Layer in buttered 13 x 9 glass dish. Layer meat and then cheese. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour evenly on top of layers. Bake for 35 minutes, making sure eggs are set.
