General Tsaos Salmon with Soba Noodles 4 (5-6 ounce) Trader Joes Wild Alaska Salmon fillets 6 Tablesopoons Trader Joes General Tsao Stir Fry Sauce 2 Packages Trader Joes Sesame Soba noodles with Asian Vegetables 3 Tablespoons toasted Sesame Seeds 4 Tablespoons chopped Green Onions Generously coat both sides of each fillet with General Tsao’s sauce. Let marinate covered in the refrigerator for 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Just before cooking fish, prepare the Sesame Soba noodles, following package instructions, keep warm. Grill, Broil or pan fry salmon, just until cooked through (10 minutes cooking total per inch of fish thickness)… Serve the noodles in four large bowls and top each with a piece of prepared salmon. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and finely chopped green onions.
