I made this for a baby shower at work and it was a big hit. It's quick and easy. This made a generous bowlful, about 13 cups packed.
1 1/2 pks. TJ's organic radiatore pasta
3 bottles TJ's Lemon-Ginger-Sesame salad dressing
3-4 pks. Harvest Hodgepodge frozen vegetables
Defrost veggies. Cook pasta to desired doneness--the package says 5 minutes, I'd test it at 4 minutes. Drain and rinse.
Mix veggies and pasta, add salad dressing. Mix well. Chill.

I should add, the veggies stay crisp in the salad, they are NOT the mushy frozen mixed veggies you get at other supermarkets. When I defrosted them, there was no extra water to drain off.
