(1 vote)Rate this listing
Cinco de Mayo 2006 Contest Winner
Ingredients:
boneless pork roast about 4-5 lbs
1 jar Trader Joe's roasted mole
1-3 seeded jalapeno peppers(depending on heat preference)
Add all to crock pot with 1/2 cup water and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours. Add 1 Hershey's choc kiss per pound of meat at the end of the cooking time and stir well.
Serve with steamed corn or flour tortillas, and your favorite mexican condiments - lettuce , cheese, avacado, salsa tomato etc.
This is Fantastic!! It also makes a great salad over shredded lettuce with tortillas chips and salsa.
