They are flavored with some sort of powdered cheese - makes eating these messy. Also, don't really find the flavor strong enough. They're still pretty good though.
These didn't have much flavor to me. They are only dusted with a gorgonzola seasoning powder, which makes for messy annoying fingers. They had too much of a refined flour taste/feel also which I didn't care for.

buy blue cheese, and some real crackers. they're not bad snack food, but they are skimpy on the blue cheese flavor for sure...
