Roasted PotatoesEasy and fantastic. Cooked either on the oven or in a skillet, these potatoes taste like you've been roasting them for an hour. Serves four easily. I don't toss in the extra bag of onions/peppers, but that's just my preference. Whenever I take off and hubby must fend for himself, these are a MUST have for the freezer. He loves these things and they are very tasty, indeed.

for breakfast potatoes and last night I improvised and used them in a warm steak and potatoes salad with the pear gorgonzola dressing... Even my 4 year old daughter asked for more!

I preferred the Herb Roasted Potatoes they had some years back with garlic rosemary, salt and pepper.
