Roasted Vegetable PizzaThis pizza is not only vegan, it's made with an organic wheat flour crust that cooks up perfectly crisp, caramalized onions, artichokes and shiitake mushrooms. This is gourmet pizza.Submitted on 10/ 8/2006 by bunnyluv24 Number of people who have "favored" this: 0 Read all 14 reviews below -OR-Add your own reviewReviews (14)

but good. The carmelized onions added a nice sweet flavor.

It starts with a hand-stretched crust made with organic flour and extra virgin olive oil which is topped with organic sweet carmelized onions, shiitake mushrooms, red peppers and artichoke hearts, and ultimately baked to perfection. There is no cheese, so it’s dairy free.

This is the Amy's roasted veggie pizza under the TJ's label and I couldn't be more thrilled. So delicious and priced right.
but FANTASTIC!
This is our favorite pizza, and we're only part-time vegetarians! bylovesipeels, March 14, 2008
I wasn't too crazy about the sauce, but with extra veggies & some tempeh on top this was tasty! The crust is nice and thick, not the usual skimpy frozen-pizza-crust. Since going vegan this year, this is definitely a good substitute for "real" pizza. It's so flavorful and filling that I don't miss the cheese at all! I do wish they used whole wheat flour or some other whole grains for the crust, and that the fat content was a little less, but for a treat, it's fine.
I was a little leery at first because I don't particularly care for mushrooms, but I'm so glad I tried this pizza because I ended up loving it! As a previous poster said, the caramelized onions give the pizza a nice, sweet flavor.

I add caramlized onions to add a little bit more taste. But either way, very delicious.

This is Amy's pizza with a much nicer price tag!!!! Delish!

Yay! Amy['s pizza but cheaper. I ALWAYS have this in the freezer. To take to lunch at work, for a nice dinner with a caesar salad, or a late night snack after drinking. I sometimes top with with marinara sauce and bell peppers.
Dairy free and wheat crust. Very cool. bymccuskerc, September 26, 2009
Sweet - but not too much. Crust is perfect.
Admittedly I end up adding more veggies on top in an attempt to justify eating pizza for dinner...so good! byAnniB, October 5, 2009
I was told yesterday that the roasted veggie pizza was discontinued due to low sales volume. I am so disappointed and am hoping to find a knock off recipe so I can continue to make it at home.

I used to buy Amy's Kitchen Roasted Vegetable Pizza from my local health food store (Whole Foods and Target also carries it).

I miss this pizza so much. SO MUCH! I was really upset when it was discontinued because at the time I wasn't eating dairy and this pizza was the only pizza-like substance that I could eat WITHOUT missing the cheese.
I love you, TJ's... but i am REALLY MAD at you for discontinuing this! byDonnaMarieX, February 1, 2011
I am really disappointed to see this gone. Good whole grain crust pizzas are hard to and this was nice because it had no cheese. I could eat it dairy free, or add my own raw or dairy free cheese if I wanted. I used to add my own extra veggies or marinara before popping it in the oven. Oh well...
