This combination of flavors is so good on multi-grain bread. I know this is something I could probably easily replicate at home, but I don't care. This is convenient and tasty. TJ's "Wine Country" chicken salad - the one with cranberries and pecans - has over 20 grams of fat per serving! This Rosemary Apricot Chicken Salad is a much better choice, only a small amount of mayo to moisten. The almonds add a fantastic crunch.

We don't have this in the midwest, we have a chix salad with currants which is good--but has a higher fat content as well

Owesomely delicious on belgian endives and on toasted bread.
I really didn't need to buy this but was so hungry and tempted! It was good, but I can't bring myself to eat the rest. I'm not sure I really care for apricot in this salad, and the texture of the chicken is a little different to me. I won't buy it again.

I just tried this salad when in a rush to grab a bite for lunch and it was fabulous! The apricots and rosemary are delicious with the chicken. I had this with the multi-grain batard and it was the perfect lunch.

When I really want to splurge and give myself a treat...this is what I get. It's SO good spread on a cracker. I have to make sure I hide it in the fridge. It is small and it is a little pricey, but amazing.
