I buy this all the time. It's cheap, quick and tastes really good. I really like that it's easy to prepare and really healthy. Basically you just throw the frozen fish in the oven until done. The roulade has spinach and a bunch of other yummy ingredients in it.

An easy way to get your required servings of fish. I love the convenience and the taste.

This was ok for me. The black pepper was very strong on these. I had to scrape it off. Also, we took the baking in the oven route and it was a little dry (or maybe I overcooked it.) Next time, we'll try sauteing it in white wine like the package suggests.

It was okay although too much filling and not enough salmon. Agree with previous poster that the black pepper flavor was a little too strong. They're not bad but there's other frozen salmon that's better.
