Salmon Roulade(13 votes) I buy this all the time. It's cheap, quick and tastes really good. I really like that it's easy to prepare and really healthy. Basically you just throw the frozen fish in the oven until done. The roulade has spinach and a bunch of other yummy ingredients in it. An easy way to get your required servings of fish. I love the convenience and the taste.

This was ok for me. The black pepper was very strong on these. I had to scrape it off. Also, we took the baking in the oven route and it was a little dry (or maybe I overcooked it.) Next time, we'll try sauteing it in white wine like the package suggests.
