Really thick and crunchy- just how potato chips should be. Not too much salt or pepper either, just right. They're sort of spicy and delicious in soup, especially tomato. YUM.

Kettle and the TJ brand chips made the top two spots in the San Francisco Chronicle's weekly 'Taster's Choice' column! http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2008/01/30/FD46UKKDM.DTL So you're spot on!

These are the most delicious potato chips I've ever had...had these at a party with some spinach dip, and people were asking where they could get some. Great potato flavor. The only downside is the extraordinarily high fat content (even for potato chips)--you can definitely taste the kettle-infused oil, but wow, are they tasty.
