Now I'm a two-timer. I am in love with their 80% dark. But this has less cocoa, and so has a richer taste with very little bitter. Even the sound it makes when breaking it is the sound of a near-perfect chocolate. Easily can compete with Vahlrona.

I have to limit myself on these babies! Now, if only TJ's would start carrying Sharffen Berger's new 60% milk...I've heard it is THE perfect chocolate.

Where's the Scharffen berger 41% milk???

I miss the 41% milk chocolate bars TJ used to sell! Help me out by writing to TJ to restock those delicious chocolates! The TJ format is alot better than the Scharffen berger slim 3.5oz format. It has a better taste..

So grab a pen a paper and write to TJ to restock the chocolate!!

Please write to TJ and ask them to bring back their Scharffenberger 41% milk chocolate bars! I'm having withdrawals! The thin ones are not as good as the TJ thick bars.
