Gently mix equal parts of Sorbet with TJ's Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix until just combined. Scoop into lined mini muffin cups and bake at 350 for about 12-16 minutes. These are tasty and sooo easy! They are best when eaten right away.

this is a staple in our household. we love the raspberry flavor. it's a delicious dessert that fulfills cravings for something sweet pretty nicely.

I absolutely LOVE Sharon's sorbets. The Raspberry and Lemon are always stocked in my freezer. They are the perfect light dessert, and lovely with the two flavors combined. I do with TJ's would bring back the Double Rainbow Chocolate sorbet though, because mixing that with Sharon's raspberry or coconut was heaven!

we always have the raspberry in our freezer. i add a little to my smoothies. sooooooooooooooo good.
Sharon's sorbets are a real treat. Have had and enjoyed both the lemon and raspberry. I hesitated trying the coconut because I thought it might be "weak" tasting compared to the crisp and refreshing fruit flavors. But I was wrong, the coconut is delicious! Unfortunately, it is the most caloric of all the flavors and along with their chocolate, the only two flavors with "calories from fat". However, it still beats ice cream in the calorie/fat departments and has a nice creamy consistency. And at $1.99 versus $4.00+ at most supermarkets, it's a real buy. I would definitely suggest giving it a try.

Just tried the raspberry for the first time and it's great. Light and fresh tasting- yum!
