One bag provides a whole, nutritious meal for me. Includes shrimp, great seasoning, and a mix of stir fry veggies. Take me about 6 minutes to cook. Great for a college student who's very health conscious.

Just starting buying the shrimp stir fry a few months ago. Now it's always on my weekly list. Whole bag has around 300 kcals I think? From freezer to plate in about 10 minutes tops. The shrimp are good quality, and they're not cooked, which is nice. Can add over rice for a slightly more complete meal.

Love topping this one with a few squeezes of sriracha hot sauce.

as a very health consious person this is perfect for me, i add about half the seasoning packet and add a little sesame oil for extra flavoring and to cut the sodium, so fast and easy to make, i always have a bag in my freezer
I love the health factor - low cal and lots of veggies, and the shrimp = good protein. Nice seasoning too, and I like that it's separate. I don't even need to use whole seasoning packet, which is good because it's a little high in salt.
I like to add extra veggies (such as broccoli - I'm not a fan of the quality that is put in this mix, but everything else is great).
