Skillet Polenta Bake(4 votes) 1 Tube Organic Potenta
Click on a star to add your own rating   1 T Olive Oil 1container Fresh Bruschetta 1/2 Bag Shredded Cheese(your favorite) Dice Polenta and Saute in oil for about 5 minutes. Pour Bruschetta over Polenta and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted.Enjoy!
