I agree. It has a mild, smokey, not-too-salty flavor. I dice it up and add it to pasta primavera for a quick main dish that's healthy and low calorie.

TJ's here is So Cal used to carry Scottish smoked salmon but has not had it in a few years. It was soaked in Whisky. Is there any hope that TJ's will carry any Scottish Smoked Salmon.

Very good salmon ! I use it for sushi to make philly rolls or i make pannins with it !!
