Smoked Salmon Slaw

1 bag Organic Broccoli Slaw
1 pkg. Smoked Salmon Pieces
3/4 c. Dried Cranberries
1/2 c. Walnut Halves & Pieces
Creamy Cilantro Dressing, to taste
Fresh Lemon Juice, about 1/2 lemon
Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Combine slaw, salmon, cranberries and walnuts in a bowl. Toss with enough dressing to coat. Add lemon juice and season with pepper. Serve chilled with Mini Rye Toast crackers.

Just a question. When you say 1 pkg of Smoked Salmon Pieces, are you talking about the "Just Salmon." The recipe sounds great and would love to make it. I just wanna make it correctly.

This was originally labeled as nova pieces, but it's now under the TJ label. I believe it's 6 oz.
This was the first time I'd tried any of these TJ ingredients (except for the dried cranberries and walnuts) so many thanks! Would suggest cutting the salmon pieces smaller before mixing in. I started with a half cup of dressing, ended up using around 2/3 of a cup and that was just right.
