Breaded soy nuggets. Some say they taste like sawdust, but I think they're a great food if you're on a diet. 120 calories per 4 nugget serving is hard to beat. High in protein, good source of fiber, low in fat.

I really didn't expect to, but I liked them. I am not a vegetarian by any means. The are tasty. A little bland, but I like bland foods in general so there you go.
I weighed these out and a serving is 3 nuggets, not 4. I think these are pretty bland, but they're fine with a dipping sauce like homemade ketchup or BBQ sauce.

I bought a box of these for myself and it will make 4 quick main dishes for me with a side of veggies. Are they great? No, but they aren't bad either if you want something healthy, low in calories, high in protien and quick. BBQ or something is a must! First bite is kinda gross but then they grow on you.

These are my favorite. They are great cooked in the oven. I like chicken nuggets but don't buy them because they are high in fat. These are a great alternative. When I go I buy 3-4 boxes.

I don't really like chicken nuggets to begin with, but I'll generally try anything that has a good amount of protein and is low in fat. I didn't think they were too sawdust-ey or bland, but they are a little drier than chicken would be. I think they might taste pretty awesome as little mini chicken parmigiana, but haven't tried it yet. As soy products go, they're not too bad.

These were really bland and nasty. I do agree with pe power who said it sort of grows on you. They didnt taste how I expected and then I got used to them. I dont believe the nutritional info though, cant possibly bit this low cal...

Absolutely no discernible taste beyond the bread crumbs. Despite a heavy dousing of ketchup, I still couldn't make these edible. Thank goodness that I was able to return them and get my money back!
Good simple lunch... but theyre no chicken.
