Spaghetti Alcaraz1 package chicken chorizo2 cans tomato sauce 1 pound spaghetti noodles Remove chorizo from it's casings and brown, breaking it up as it cooks. Add tomato sauce and heat through. Cook spaghetti al dente and mix with sauce and meat. This does not sound good but believe me it is!! I made it for my mother in law who is Mexican and a great cook and she loved it. It has great flavor and is so easy. The chicken chorizo is very lean unlike pork chorizo. Try it, you'll love it!!! I submitted this recipe but I didn't create it. This is Mrs Alcaraz's recipe. Demo Dave told me about it and I decided to try it. It was great!!! So we sampled it and it was a huge it. Thanks Mrs. Alcaraz. We love you!
