Ingredients:

-Dates (from produce section)
-Chunk of your favorite TJ parmesan cheese cut into 1 inch x 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch rectangles (They should fit inside the date where the pit was)
-Bacon

Cook your bacon until the fat has started to render and is flimsy. Stop cooking bacon!

Stuff the dates with the pieces of parmesan cheese. Wrap each stuffed date with a piece of bacon. Usually a 1/2 slice works. Secure with a toothpick and place on a baking sheet.

Bake the dates in a 350 degree oven until the bacon is crispy, about 15 minutes or so depending on how cooked your bacon got the first go round.

Sweet and salty. So good!
