Spicy Ginger Mango Turkey MeatballsMay be a meal, or served with toothpicks as appetizer.Preheat Oven to 395 degrees. 4 Ground Turkey Burger Patties 1 Jar Trader Joe’s Ginger-Mango Chutney ¼ Cup Diced White Onion Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder seasoned in. Stir together with large fork in a glass bowl all ingredients, reserving 1/8 cup of Chutney. Spray a square glass pan with Pam spray. Form golf ball-sized meatballs and arrange 4 by 4 in pan. Pour in 1/8 inch of water or chicken broth. Place uncovered middle shelf of oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Check to see liquid boiling. Turn on broiler. Monitor. After 2 minutes, spoon a a dab on top of each meatball from remaining Chutney. Chutney should bubble, and blacken a bit. Or, if preferred, just brown, turning once, then use remaining Chutney as a dipping sauce, or add this to white Jasmine rice as side dish. Serve with creamy cucumber and yoghurt/dill salad, for a meal. Other variations: Use an apricot jam. Or, a teriyaki sauce, with small amount of crushed pineapple in meatballs, served with hot mustard, or soy sauce, or hot and sour sauce. Serves 2 for a meal.
