Spicy Green Beans

1/2 bag of Trader Joes frozen green beens.
2 table spoons of Trader Joes unsalted butter
3 to 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
one teaspoon diced garlic
three grinds of fresh black pepper
pinch of dried red pepper flakes
splash of white wine
1/4 cup of sliced almonds

Take a quick run to Trader Joes you can pick up everything for this recipe in one stop.

In a large skilet cook green beens in olive oil, garlic, peppers red and black untill just tinder then add wine, butter, and almonds. serve hot.
You may also add some slices freash Red bell peppers, diced fully cooked chicken,and orange peel to make it a meal.
