Spinach and goat cheese pizza(2 votes) - one package Trader Joe's garlic and herb pizza dough
Click on a star to add your own rating   - one container Trader's Joe's crumbled goat cheese - one package Trader Joe's spinach leaves - one medium Trader's Joe's red onion carmelized. - Trader Joe's Olive Oil Roll out pizza dough to fit a 9X12 rectanglar sheet pan. Carmelize the red oinion in a little olive oil. Once the onion is carmelized add the spinach to the pan and cook down. Put mixture on top of the pizza dough. Top with crumbled goat cheese and dizzle olive oil. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. This can be grilled as well. Excellent either way!
