Spinach and Mushroom Quiche
This quiche has a nice mushroomy flavor. And the spinach comes through as well. My favorite is still the Mexican quiche, but this comes in second.

The crust is perfect in a microwave too!!
I was surprised this came out so well in the microwave, particularly since I kind of ignored the directions to put a paper towel under it. It's -really- fattening, almost 50% of your RDA of fat... but it's quiche, so that's not shocking. I didn't taste much mushroom, but the flavor is pretty good.
The only way he'll eat veggies!
I like these quiches and the fact that it has 45% of the RDA for calcium. But I wish it had less sodium, I don't think the taste would be comprimised if they cut back on it a little.
Love this - so yummy (crust is excellent on all three types). Wish there was a healthier version somehow, but then it probably wouldn't taste as good...!
