Spinach Artichoke PastaThis is the easiest pasta I've ever made, and got this from the counter in the Wayne, PA Trader Joe's store.1 pkg. Tortellini (tri colored or regular) 1 pkg. Spinach Artichoke Dip 1/2 cup of half and half Prepare Tortellini according to instructions. Then prepare Spinach Artichoke Dip according to instructions, and add in the half and half with a pinch of salt and pepper if you need. Warm up the sauce after adding the cream and then mix the two together! You can also use fat free half and half for a lower cal recipe. I couldn't find the Spinach Artichoke dip so I used Trader's Parmesan/Artichoke dip and added frozen spinach. It worked just fine and it had a nice cheesy flavor too.
