Spinach Dip(22 votes) You can find this in the refrigerated case. It is a spinach and sour cream dip. A welcome change from what I usually dip into to, which is heavier, cheese based dips. This by contrast is lighter and more refreshing. I used this as a base and added an envelope of dried vegetable soup mix. It's excellent and much easier than starting from scratch--squeezing the water out of the spinach, mixing up the mayo and sour cream, etc.

So, so, so, good! Really good with rye bread or crackers. This is the only spinach dip that I purchase now!

If you ever get bored with just cream cheese on your morning or afternoon bagel, try this! Great way to make it that much better!
