Stir Fry Soba Noodles(1 vote) Soba Noodles, Buckwheat, cooked
Click on a star to add your own rating  Soy Vay Island Teriyaki Tofu and veggies My kids love simplicity and flavor. So, my wife and I came up with a nice simple stir fry that includes sliced button mushrooms and tofu that get stir fried in a wok with some vegetable oil. Add some cooked soba noodles (buckwheat--high in protein for the vegetarians out there like my wife and kids) and add some Soy Vay Island Teriyaki from Trader Joe's, and you have a deliciously simple stir fry.
