Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Farfalle with Tofurky Italian Sausage(0 vote)Rate this listing  1 package Tofurky Italian Sausage, sliced diagonally 1 package Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto 1 lb Farfalle Pasta or any other pasta you prefer 2 T Olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced parmesan-romano to taste First boil 4 qts of water for the pasta. Cook pasta for one minute less than the package says. Saute the garlic and olive oil for a couple minutes. Add the sliced Tofurky and pan fry till crisp. Add the cooked pasta and stir in the pesto. Top with Parmesan and enjoy! Great with Crusty Artisan Mini Ciabatta Loaf Bread and a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc! Submitted on 11/24/2008 by sarah king
