Click on a star to add your own rating   1 pkg. Trader Joe's Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage, diced 1 pkg. Trader Joe's Omega-3 Dried Cranberries 1 pkg. Trader Joe's Cranberry Trail Mix 1/4 c. Trader Joe's Organic Chicken Broth Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high. Saute sausage for 2-3 minutes. Add rice, cranberries and trail mix. Stir well and add broth. Cover skillet and reduce heat to medium-low. Let cook for another 5-7 minutes, until warmed through and liquid is absorbed.
