Sweet Potato Chips

I love sweet potatoes, and am always trying to find inventive ways to include them in my diet. I especially love that Trader Joes has them them in a chip form considering they have less fat & calories than their yellow friends.

The bags are screaming to be picked up and ripped open. They are probably exactly what you imagine they'd be: crunchy, sweet, velvety and delicious. I definitely reccomend these to go along with any meal or as a snack by themselves.

Absolutely delicious! Very crunchy and have the perfect blend of salt and sweetness.
