Tarte d'Champignon
A french style flat bread with mushrooms, emmental and parmesan cheese.

You might be tempted to call it a pizza. And that would be okay. Trader Joe Tarte d'Champignon is a flat bread topped with cheese, to be sure, but its flavors are so transcendent, it's texture so smooth, we think it defies categorization. It starts with a thin, crisp, hand-folded crust that's perfectly fired, then topped with creme fraiche and an extravagant emmental cheese sauce, then, the real stars of the show; the mushrooms. Porcini, Paris, oyster, shiitake and boletus mushrooms, bursting with flavor, give character to this tantalizing tarte. Serve it as an appetizer or pair it with a salad for an unforgettable dinner in just minutes. The result: Delicieux!

Make sure you cook it all the way through and let it sit 1-2 minutes post oven for it to all settle. Pretty tasty. Very strong mushroom taste (duh).
ok so as a foodie with a pretty good palate, I must say that this frozen item might he the tastiest item in all of Trader Joe's... it's heavenly... there's one in my freezer right now and even though I'm not hungry right now, just WRITING about it makes me want that deep, rich mushroomy earthiness in my mouth... it's perfectly balanced, and although quite rich, it has the perfect touch of acidity with a dusting of saltiness that balances it well. go try one immediately! :)
i like to cook mine for the 8 mins @450, then finish with the broiler. a tasty treat for sure...
