Thanksgiving Morning French Toast

This breakfast will distract a family driven crazy by the delicious smell of the Thankgsgiving turkey roasting in the oven

6 whole Trader Joe's large eggs
1 cup Trader Joe's 2% milk
8 slices of your favorite TJ's bread
TJ's nonstick cooking spray
1/2 TB TJ's Pumpkin Pie Spice
8 rashers TJ's applewood-smoked bacon

Fry bacon till desired crispness, set aside & keep warm

Whisk together eggs, pie spice & milk.

Coat bread slices with egg mixture. Spray wide skillet with nonstick spray & add 1 TB vegetable oil, Cook French toast over medium-high heat till browned on both sides.
Offer syrup or (my favorite) spread with butter & sprinkle with a little more Pumpkin pie Spice.
The smoky goodness of the bacon contrasts nicely with the sweetness of the French Toast

This'll keep them happy till turkey time!
