Three Grain Blend Beany Salad

1 box 3 grain blend cooked and rinsed with cold water
1 can black beans rinsed
1 can kidney beans rinsed
1 can corn
½ cup chopped green onions
1 red bell pepper chopped
4 cubes frozen cilantro or ¼ fresh
Combine all with dressing chill and serve

Dressing

1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2/3 cup Olive oil
2 cubes frozen garlic or 2 cloves fresh
1 teaspoon or more of TJ'S taco seasoning mix
1/2 teaspoon or more crushed red peppers
*I like to mix all the vegetables with the dressing-onion,peppers,cilantro and corn into dressing first. Then mix and chill.
