Tilipia Fish Tacos

1 box TJ Panko Breaded Tilapia Filets
1 cup TJ Mexican Blended Cheese
1/2 cup TJ Fresh Cilantro Dressing
Fresh Shredded Romaine
Flour Tortillas

Cook Tilapia according to directions on box. Spread dressing on one half of the tortilla, place fish, lettuce and cheese on top, roll up and enjoy.

serves 3-4

I made this easy meal for my husband, and he loved it. The cilantro dressing out of this world. Suggestion : In a seprate bowl I mixed the Romaine and Cilantro dressing, plus I added the cilantro dressing onto the tortilla, as the recipe asks. I give this meal a 10!!!!

LOVED this recipe...just made it tonight and it got a thumbs up all around (even my 3yo daughter).

I took Melly's recommendation about tossing the lettuce with the dressing beforehand (great idea). The only thing I did differently was I used the TJ's Organic Mixed Herb Lettuce. I think the all the flavors in the lettuce gave it even more of a boost! I love those Tilapia filets... Thanks for a great dinner!
