Click on a star to add your own rating  1 large container of Trader Joe's fresh (mild) salsa 2 eggs 1 cup shredded colby cheese Mix all ingredients together. Put into 2 loaf pans and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. The salsa makes the meatloaf really moist and tasty.
