Tofutti Mintzs BlintzesThese tasty crepes are pre-baked and dairy-free. They are filled with Tofutti "Better than Cream Cheese" filling and taste delicious drizzled with honey or topped with some jam. They are pretty good out of the oven and actually make as good a breakfast as much as a dessert. Each little blintz has only 140 calories and 5 grams of fat. I guess they are for lactose intolerant folks, but I just buy them because I love blintzes....Submitted on 11/14/2007 by jovanna Number of people who have "favored" this: 0 Read all 5 reviews below -OR-Add your own reviewReviews (5)

I have these at least once a week topped with your frozen berries and plain yogurt drizzled with honey!! They are the best..Allways look forward to my treat.

I really enjoy these, they're such a treat. I always defrost them slightly in the microwave and then saute them in a little bit of butter until their browned. They are fairly sweet, and I don't think anyone could ever guess they're dairy-free since they're so creamy! I prefer these to many of the dry blintzes I've gotten in restaurants even. I top them with a tiny bit of the TJ's blueberry jam, but something a little less sweet would be likely even better.

I love these on a weekend morning with a touch of maple syrup and whipped cream.

I cook these in a skillet, but find they tend to be still frozen when done cooking, so I pop in the microwave for 10 more seconds. Buy some frozen raspberries & put them in a pot over heat and smash them. It will turn into a yummy sauce & add to sugar. Serve together. YUM!
These are one of my families favorite treats! I always make them according to the package directions. Then, I drizzle Midnight Moo on our dessert plates, place the blintzes on, heat some 100% fruit spread...either the orange/apricot or the cherry for a topping, and finally add a dollop of whipped cream. They are beautiful and perfect for everyday or special occasions.
